Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 / annual

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to lead its Hedge Fund Finance team, focusing on hedge fund accounting and administration. This role manages a portfolio of private equity and hedge fund feeder funds, overseeing accounting, reporting, and operational processes in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, senior management, and clients. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and manage a portfolio of private equity and hedge fund feeder funds - Partner with Implementation teams on new business and fund launches - Review feeder fund documentation (LPA/PPM) and operational questionnaires; provide fund finance perspective feedback to legal and origination teams - Review monthly and quarterly feeder fund NAV and partners' capital account statements; track KPIs - Review and approve capital call and distribution cash analysis, investor allocation files, and notices prepared by third-party administrators and junior team members - Participate in management-level meetings internally and externally - Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to drive process automation and efficiency - Monitor fund compliance with partnership operating agreement terms - Oversee preparation of annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP - Prepare and oversee periodic and ad hoc reporting in collaboration with compliance, legal, and internal/external stakeholders The role offers Monday–Thursday in-office work with Friday remote flexibility. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance - 10–15 years of fund management accounting and operations experience with focus on alternatives - Advanced degree and credentials, or progress towards MBA, CPA, CFA, or CAIA designation (preferred) - Passion for innovative technology application - Proven ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Willingness to learn new topics and work in evolving business environment - Organized and detail-oriented with big-picture capability
