Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 / annual
Evergreen Nephrology is transforming kidney care through a value-based, person-centered approach. The Healthcare Analyst role reports to the Biomedical Informatics Manager and serves as a key contributor to analytical work that informs operational and clinical decision-making across the organization.
You will transform complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights by working across claims, clinical, and member data domains. Your responsibilities include partnering with analysts to evaluate data needs and define analytical approaches, contributing to analyses that inform operational and clinical decisions, and working with relational databases to query, wrangle, and analyze complex datasets. You will support the development of descriptive, classification, and predictive algorithms to support clinical operations workflows, validate data quality to ensure integrity of outputs, and bring curiosity and analytical thoroughness to team efforts and process improvement initiatives.
This is a fully remote position with required core hours of 8:30am–5pm Central time. You will build hands-on experience in real-world healthcare data and develop a deep understanding of analytical work that drives meaningful change in patient care. Required qualifications include 2+ years of relevant experience with foundational analytical tools through coursework, projects, or internships; proficiency with SQL and Python; a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field; demonstrated analytical thinking and structured problem-solving; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment; intermediate MS Office skills; and a home internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds. A dedicated workspace protecting PHI/HIPAA information is required. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
