Telnyx is building a private, global, multi-cloud IP network and hyperlocal edge connectivity platform. The company is financially stable and profitable, operating in the infrastructure and connectivity space. You will serve as Head of Technology Partnerships, reporting directly to the CEO and Head of Product. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and operationalizing strategic technology partnerships that strengthen the Telnyx platform and create competitive advantage. This is not a partner marketing or channel sales role. You will work directly with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales, and executive leadership to identify technology companies worth partnering with, define concrete partnership value, negotiate terms, and drive integrations into production. The scope is intentionally broad. Partnerships may span GPU and semiconductor capacity, model providers, cloud platforms, carriers, network operators, data centers, AI frameworks, and enterprise technology platforms. Success means identifying relationships where combining Telnyx infrastructure with another company's technology creates material customer advantage or business value—whether through better economics, lower latency, new product capability, preferred capacity access, deeper integration, distribution, or revenue. Key responsibilities include: owning partnership strategy across AI infrastructure, hardware, cloud, networking, telecom, and adjacent ecosystems; identifying and prioritizing high-impact partnerships; building senior relationships across partner organizations; translating partnership concepts into concrete technical and commercial plans with clear milestones and success metrics; working with Telnyx Product and Engineering to scope integrations and roadmap dependencies; negotiating commercial terms, capacity agreements, and go-to-market structures; driving partnerships from initial conversation through signed agreement, integration, launch, and measurable adoption; creating leverage for enterprise sales through joint solutions and reference architectures; tracking market trends in model providers, inference stacks, GPU platforms, and communications technologies; and maintaining discipline by killing weak partnerships early in favor of shipped capability and economic value. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years in technology partnerships, business development, product strategy, infrastructure, enterprise technology, or similarly technical role - Strong technical fluency (not necessarily software engineering background, but comfortable discussing APIs, inference, GPUs, networking, telecom, cloud architecture, latency, capacity, and production integrations with engineering teams) - Proven track record of moving complex partnerships from idea through signed agreement into production - Strong commercial judgment and ability to model partnership value, understand leverage, and negotiate effectively - Ability to operate across diverse counterparties (hyperscalers, semiconductor companies, startups, carriers, infrastructure providers) - Comfort working directly with senior executives while engaging deeply with product and engineering teams - High ownership mentality and ability to operate with ambiguous objectives and turn them into shipped results - Clear, concise communication skills BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in AI infrastructure, GPU cloud, inference, telecommunications, networking, CPaaS, developer platforms, or edge compute - Existing relationships with NVIDIA, AMD, cloud providers, model labs, AI infrastructure companies, carriers, data centers, or major developer platforms - Experience negotiating capacity, compute, network, or infrastructure agreements - Experience launching joint technical products or integrations with measurable usage and revenue - Experience in high-growth companies with rapidly changing products and markets
