Revolut is seeking a Head of Regulatory Compliance to lead the compliance function in Singapore. This is a leadership role managing a team of Regulatory Compliance Managers, responsible for ensuring the company meets all legal and regulatory obligations in a fast-moving fintech environment. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and managing a team of Regulatory Compliance Managers - Developing and executing a comprehensive compliance framework, monitoring program, and training initiatives - Supporting regulatory license applications and product launches with expert compliance guidance - Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture - Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies - Conducting regulatory gap analysis and enhancing existing compliance programs - Preparing responses to regulatory requests and ensuring highest reporting standards - Advising cross-functional teams on compliance requirements and related controls - Managing compliance risk in relation to business objectives Required qualifications: - 10+ years of regulatory compliance experience - Deep understanding of Singapore regulations including Payment Services Act, Securities and Futures Act, and Financial Advisers Act - Experience in compliance risk management within consultancy, compliance function, or regulatory body - Expertise in policy creation and implementation - Strong regulatory gap analysis capabilities - Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and multitasking ability - Understanding of interplay between compliance risk and business risk Revolut is a global fintech company with 75+ million customers and 13,000+ employees worldwide, offering products in spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel.
