Revolut is seeking a Head of Regulatory Compliance to lead the regulatory compliance function for its French entity. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring adherence to local and international banking regulations including PSD2, MiFID, MiCA, and GDPR. Key responsibilities include: - Setting up and leading the Regulatory Compliance function with accountability for regulatory adherence across French operations - Supporting the Chief Compliance Officer and collaborating with Financial Crime and Group Regulatory Compliance teams to align best practices - Developing and implementing a scalable regulatory compliance program aligned with group standards and regulatory expectations - Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to embed compliance controls into platforms and customer journeys - Monitoring regulatory changes and identifying necessary controls to mitigate associated risks - Designing and updating compliance risk assessments, policies, and procedures in line with local obligations and group standards - Ensuring team training and compliance awareness across the organization - Engaging with regulators and overseeing accurate, timely regulatory reporting - Supporting inspections, reviews, and audits with business, Regulatory Affairs, and Internal Audit teams - Advising leadership on compliance risks and providing regular reporting to senior management Required qualifications: - 10+ years of regulatory compliance experience - Background in large banks or high-growth fintech companies - Deep expertise in the French regulatory landscape and market practices - Excellent knowledge of PSD2, MiFID, MiCA, and related regulations - Direct experience working with major EU regulators - Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Proven ability to work in complex, international environments - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluency in English Nice-to-have qualifications include GDPR and data protection knowledge, experience with French regulators (ACPR, AMF, CNIL), and French language fluency.
