Revolut is seeking a Head of Product to lead the Wealth & Trading product line, defining strategy, roadmap, and user experience across trading platforms, investment products, and wealth management features. This is a director-level role managing multiple product squads within a fast-growing fintech organization serving 65+ million customers globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing product strategy for Wealth & Trading, balancing business objectives with customer needs and UX excellence
- Owning end-to-end product roadmaps and prioritization in a data-driven environment
- Leading and mentoring product team members to achieve strategic goals
- Collaborating closely with Design and Engineering to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions
- Leveraging AI and automation to enhance trading decisions, portfolio management, and user interactions
- Translating complex financial concepts into simple, elegant products
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or wealth management
- 3+ years managing multiple product squads or teams in large, complex product-led organizations
- Deep expertise in UX-driven product development for customer-facing platforms with high complexity
- Proven ability to define and drive product strategy, influence stakeholders, and communicate vision
- Strong analytical and business acumen to guide prioritization based on ROI and customer value
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Bias toward action and hands-on execution from conception to launch
Nice-to-have: Experience in trading, investment platforms, or equity research with a track record of translating complex financial concepts into intuitive products.
