Help Scout is seeking a Head of Product for its Intelligence group, a newly strategic product area focused on AI-powered autonomous action and analysis. You'll own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, monetization, and revenue growth for two product lines: Agent (autonomous action—conversations triaged, answers delivered, actions taken in connected systems) and Signal (autonomous analysis—surfacing insights from millions of conversations). In this player/coach role reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll be accountable for driving the Intelligence group's strategy and results. Your responsibilities include: setting vision and strategy for how Agent and Signal compound as one system; driving the Agent roadmap hands-on to move customers up the trust ladder from assisted drafts to autonomous answers to agentic actions; shipping Signal's near-term bets fast to validate customer value; owning monetization strategy and designing how customers experience and pay for each outcome; designing interfaces between Intelligence and other Help Scout product groups; spending significant time with customers to understand trust boundaries and adoption barriers; partnering with GTM and Customer Success to ensure clear storytelling and tight adoption motions; and building and managing the Intelligence PM team as it scales. Help Scout is a fully remote, 120+ person company founded in 2011. The platform serves 10,000+ businesses in relationship-driven industries (support, healthcare, etc.) where trust and customer experience are core differentiators. The company is in a new chapter: building AI that gives teams space to focus on relationships while operating in an AI-native way—shipping and learning faster without compromising craft. You'll be working in a culture that values ownership, curiosity, and raising the quality of work. The support industry is shifting as AI takes on tedious work, freeing humans to focus on relationships. Help Scout's customers have high bars for compliance, trust, and customer experience—they need AI that earns its place with evidence.
