Revolut is seeking a Head of Product to lead its fraud and financial crime product organization. This is a director-level role managing multiple product squads and product owners, responsible for designing and shipping features that improve security across Revolut's global fintech platform serving 75+ million customers.
You will lead a financial crime product team focused on rethinking fraud systems to be AI-centric, leveraging automation and enabling intuitive, multi-modal customer interactions to build trust and streamline compliance processes. Key responsibilities include building and developing teams aligned with product objectives, overseeing the product roadmap from strategic planning through execution and launch, and driving a focused product vision with leadership, customers, and partners.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of product management experience with 3+ years managing large teams. You should have demonstrated success managing AI products, data science products, customer-facing products, and back-office systems. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ROI-based prioritization are essential. You must be hands-on, comfortable bootstrapping major projects, and able to deliver measurable results for sophisticated products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Experience leading product development and launch from scratch is required.
