Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 / annual

As Head of Product, you will be a hands-on product leader serving as the primary product partner to the CEO. You will own the complete product cycle and drive execution of critical roadmap areas including payments and agentic scheduling optimization. This role requires significant customer engagement, including onsite visits to construction sites to uncover user journeys and value drivers.
Key responsibilities include: converting field-level customer pain into shipped solutions rapidly; serving as the CEO's primary thought partner on platform strategy, technical architecture, and prioritization; driving an AI-native software development lifecycle by treating development processes as a product themselves; hiring and scaling the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team to act as "founders-in-training" who ship customizations directly with customers; and maintaining a culture of high agency with minimal layers between ideas and production.
You must be an AI-native builder obsessed with agent-based workflows, rapid prototyping, and coding agents to accelerate shipping. Daily use of AI for research, spec writing, and prototyping is expected. You will hire, manage, and scale the FDE team, ensuring tight feedback loops from field pain to shipped features.
Required: 7–12+ years shipping software in high-growth, high-stakes environments with a track record of owning product strategy and technical decision-making independently. You should thrive in fast-paced, flat organizations where you work directly with leadership and have enormous ownership with no layers between you and meaningful decisions.
Compensation includes meaningful Series A equity in a business with strong product-market fit and rapidly growing enterprise customers. You'll work alongside a small team of exceptional builders focused on speed, quality, and customer outcomes.
