Ditto is building the first fully agentic social platform, starting with dating. The platform uses AI to understand user preferences, find compatible matches, and coordinate real-life dates. Founded by UC Berkeley dropouts, Ditto has gone viral on campuses, facilitated tens of thousands of dates, and raised funding from Google and top-tier VCs, attracting talent from MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, and DeepMind. As founding Head of Product, you'll lead product strategy and development for this agentic dating platform in a highly hands-on role working directly with founders and the AI engineering team. This is a 0→1 builder position, not a roadmap management job. Key responsibilities include: owning the product vision and strategy for the agentic dating platform and broader social ecosystem; building 0→1 systems by taking features from hypothesis through launch and iteration; shaping AI agent behavior by designing how agents reason about compatibility, communicate with users, make decisions, and coordinate real-world outcomes; running tight experimentation loops with weekly iterations, A/B tests, and rigorous metrics around retention, engagement, and real-world success; conducting user research and maintaining feedback loops with high-intent users to understand what drives great dates and relationships; and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product improvements. You'll define core metrics, create product specifications and prototypes, build dashboards, and develop communication artifacts including PRDs and experiment summaries. Your work will directly shape the company's DNA and product philosophy. Ideal background: 5+ years of product experience with proven 0→1 building in early-stage startups, consumer/marketplace/social/network platforms, or new product teams. Strong technical fluency with engineering constraints and AI/LLM product development experience preferred. Data-driven operator comfortable with experimentation frameworks, KPI definition, funnel analysis, and product analytics. User-obsessed thinker with strong instincts for user psychology and behavior-driven design. Startup mindset: thrives in ambiguity, highly collaborative, low ego, energized by small founding teams, comfortable moving quickly from idea to production.
