Andercore is an AI-native supplier of industrial materials for energy, infrastructure, and construction, operating across seven European markets with strong triple-digit-million euro turnover. The company has just closed a $40M Series B (raising $75M total from top-tier investors including Atomico and Project A) and operates 80+ people across Berlin HQ, London, Mumbai, and Shanghai.
You will lead the product organization as Head of Product, owning the end-to-end vision and strategy for the company's AI operating system for industrial supply. This is a mission-critical leadership role with full ownership across multiple markets, responsible for defining the architecture, roadmap, and execution machinery powering sourcing, sales, logistics, financing, and automation.
Key responsibilities include: defining and scaling the unified product strategy across sourcing, pricing, ordering, logistics, financing, claims, and supplier management; building a clear, measurable roadmap that drives competitive advantage; hiring and mentoring a high-caliber team of Product Managers and Product Designers; establishing strong product operating cadence with weekly reviews and clear success metrics; partnering with Engineering, AI/ML, and Data teams to design agentic workflows; converting human expertise into repeatable algorithmic playbooks; driving adoption of predictive pricing, forecasting, and risk models; improving conversion, retention, and reactivation through superior experiences; lifting automation rates across the trade lifecycle; and reducing operational overhead by replacing manual processes with intelligent system behavior.
You will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to drive product development from concept to execution. Success is measured by a scalable product architecture, significantly increased automation rates, consistent roadmap delivery with precision and speed, a high-performing metrics-driven product organization, and recognition as the category-defining AI operating system for industrial supply.
