The company has raised over $300 million and operates technology centers across multiple countries including Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, Lithuania, and India. As Head of Product Analytics, you will lead the product analytics function to drive data-informed product strategy and adoption. You'll work closely with product teams, reporting functionally to the Head of Product, operating with high independence and hands-on involvement in the analytics community. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting hypothesis-driven product discovery using existing usage data to identify user problems, quantify their scale, and propose solutions - Designing and analyzing product experiments to build confidence in planned product investments - Reviewing new feature and product performance, defining measurable KPIs and impact hypotheses - Performing data deep dives to improve understanding of user problems and assist in prioritization - Translating business revenue goals into product KPIs and enabling dashboard reporting - Establishing correlations between engagement and lifetime value using statistical methods - Designing experiments to drive product adoption and growth - Partnering with data, engineering, and data science teams to build a self-serve product analytics platform using tools like LaunchDarkly, Segment, and Heap You should have 10+ years of product analytics experience with digital products, strong expertise in product strategy, experimentation, and roadmapping. Consumer tech and fintech background preferred. Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, strong project management discipline, and excellent people skills are essential.
