As Head of People Partnering for UK & Europe, you will lead the People Partnering function for Tide's UK and European operations, reporting to the regional CEO. This is a strategic leadership role that combines people advisory, team management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a People Partnering strategy aligned with UK & Europe business objectives, enhancing employee experience and fostering high-performance culture - Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO and UK & Europe management team on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of People Partners across multiple markets, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement - Support business leaders in driving organizational change with people management tools and coaching - Partner with business leaders and the Director of People Experience to drive employee engagement, interpret survey insights, and implement action plans - Ensure HR policies and programs align with employment laws and best practices across India and European countries, managing cross-border complexities - Use HR analytics to inform people strategies, track workforce metrics, and present actionable insights to leadership - Oversee performance management, career development, and succession planning to build talent pipeline and support internal mobility - Provide direct coaching to managers on employee relations, leadership development, and team effectiveness - Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion across all people partnering initiatives - Uphold and promote Tide's values in all interactions and decisions Workplace Model: Tide operates a flexible hybrid model that supports both remote and in-person work. Requirements: - Progressive HR experience with direct partnership with SVP and C-Suite leaders - Extensive experience partnering with cross-cultural leadership teams - Line management experience with both junior and senior People Partners - Strong understanding of global HR practices and employment laws, particularly in India and various European countries - Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills - Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to drive change at pace and foster positive organizational culture - Ideally, experience leading HR for commercial and operations client groups (not essential)
