As Head of Partnerships for the Americas region, you will build and lead a high-performing partner sales team executing regional partner business plans to achieve pipeline, revenue, delivery, and certification goals. You will develop a comprehensive strategy to recruit, onboard, and manage the right mix of strategic consulting partners to expand market coverage and delivery capacity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and scaling a partner sales organization focused on systems integrators and consulting partners
- Driving pipeline generation through joint account planning, co-marketing initiatives, opportunity registration, and partner-led sales motions
- Partnering closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner Readiness teams to accelerate deal execution
- Enabling internal field teams on partner capabilities, industry expertise, and engagement strategies
- Monitoring partner health and performance through certifications, customer adoption, engagement quality, and operational compliance
- Facilitating stakeholder alignment through territory planning, pipeline reviews, and executive-level collaboration with AMER Sales Leadership
You will work in a fast-paced, ambitious environment where you own partner go-to-market strategy and manage a growing book of business autonomously through people and process management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years combined experience in alliance management, partner sales, technology sales, business development, or ecosystem consulting services
- 4+ years coaching and leading people in a fast-paced environment, including performance evaluation and hiring manager responsibilities
- Proven track record of significantly scaling partnerships between systems integrators and software/SaaS companies
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent relationship-building, listening, probing, questioning, and negotiating skills
- Ability to manage a growing partner portfolio efficiently and autonomously
- Comfort owning and supporting partner sales pursuits with multi-disciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of building and executing partner go-to-market strategies
- Profound understanding of the partner ecosystem, including incentive programs, enablement offerings, and success measures
- Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and ability to manage up
- Prior experience in EPM/FP&A space is a plus
- Strategic thinker comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing products and respond strategically to partner needs
