As Head of Offline Expansion, you will own the end-to-end commercial strategy for national expansion, setting growth plans, priorities, and P&L outcomes across all workstreams. You will drive new store expansion from site selection and market research through lease negotiation, store openings (design, activation, merchandising, logistics), and staff training for smooth operational handoff.
You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to consistently exceed commercial targets through SOP creation and workflow improvement. You will build and govern strategic partner and vendor relationships nationally, mitigating risks and representing business performance to regional and global leadership. Additionally, you will lead flagship initiatives from strategy through delivery, directing cross-functional teams and owning the reporting narrative to senior leadership.
This role requires deep expertise in retail and offline expansion, with the ability to think hyper-locally and tailor go-to-market strategies to local market trends. You will manage significant internal and external stakeholder pressure while maintaining a solution-oriented attitude.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a reputable university (UI, ITB, UGM, or overseas equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience in business development and sales operations while leading a team to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Proven experience in retail/offline store expansion, including site selection, new store openings, and scaling physical footprint across multiple locations
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing an effective sales team, fostering high-performance culture, and driving team engagement
- Hyper-local thinking with ability to tailor GTM strategy to local market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Exceptional ability to handle pressure from internal and external stakeholders while maintaining positive, solution-oriented attitude
