The Head of National Accounts will formulate and lead the national accounts strategy, driving expansion across smartphone OEMs, retailers, and distribution partners to optimize device-financing volume and commercial results. This role establishes the success framework for the accounts function by setting benchmarks and KPIs that convert market and industry trends into measurable financing growth, portfolio quality, and revenue outcomes. Key responsibilities include orchestrating full-lifecycle account and channel initiatives through rigorous coordination, delivery, data review, and consistent reporting to executive leadership. The role governs the most strategic OEM, retailer, and internal partnerships nationally, anticipating and mitigating commercial and operational risks to safeguard mission-critical goals. The Head of National Accounts represents national accounts performance to regional and global leadership, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategic decisions at the group level. This is a leadership position requiring the ability to manage high-performing teams, drive engagement, and consistently exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a reputable university (UI, ITB, UGM, or overseas equivalent) - 8+ years of experience growing and retaining key accounts while leading a team to consistently exceed revenue targets - Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — prioritized - Experience working with major Chinese smartphone OEMs — preferred - Demonstrated experience leading and managing an effective sales team, fostering high-performance culture, and driving team engagement - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - High proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive strategic initiatives - Customer-centric approach with track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
