monday.com Foundation, the social impact arm of monday.com (a global AI work platform with 250,000+ customers), is seeking an experienced Head to lead its operations and drive its mission forward. The foundation was established in 2024 and consolidates various philanthropic initiatives under one entity, with a goal to create significant and meaningful impact both locally and globally.
In this role, you will develop and execute the foundation's strategic vision to maximize social impact, leading global initiatives and partnerships to expand reach. You will manage financial planning, fundraising, and resource allocation effectively, oversee program development and implementation with rigorous impact measurement, and represent the foundation publicly as an advocate for its mission.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven leadership experience as an executive director or senior leader in a foundation, corporation, or large-scale nonprofit
- Strong business acumen with a track record of managing significant budgets and global operations
- Ability to build and maintain high-level partnerships with stakeholders across sectors
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for making a real and lasting impact on communities worldwide
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) required
