You will lead Revolut's lifecycle marketing function, owning the platform and strategy behind all owned marketing channels—in-app messaging, email, and website communications. This is a director-level role managing the technical and strategic architecture of how Revolut communicates with customers at scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the platform infrastructure for customer communications, ensuring it is fast, reliable, and scalable
- Oversee intelligent message routing systems that deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time, with built-in safeguards against over-messaging
- Establish guardrails (templates, rules, quality checks) to maintain communication quality as more teams publish content
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate business needs into platform capabilities
- Drive revenue outcomes and P&L impact from in-app marketing channels
- Manage send governance, including one-off campaign approvals and operational oversight
You will work in a hybrid setup with primary office locations in Barcelona, Dubai, Krakow, Lisbon, or Madrid, with remote work options available in Poland, Porto, Portugal, Silesia, Spain, and the UAE.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or marketing operations at a hyper-growth, global tech company
- Deep expertise in customer lifecycle and communications: segmentation, routing/orchestration, channel management, cooldowns, and send governance
- Strong platform and systems thinking; ability to own the technical architecture of marketing channels in close collaboration with engineers
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, templating systems, and self-serve publishing workflows
- Knowledge of LLM-based routing or decisioning models and how to govern them (volume controls, guardrails, quality control)
- Commercially-driven mindset with proven track record of P&L/GP impact through marketing channels
- Ability to translate messy operational problems into clear, scalable systems and hard-coded rules
- Demonstrated success aligning commercial, technical, and operational priorities across cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
