You will lead Revolut's lifecycle marketing function, owning the platform and strategy behind all owned marketing channels: in-app messaging, email, and website communications. This is a strategic leadership role that combines marketing expertise with platform and systems thinking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the technical and strategic architecture of the customer communications platform, ensuring it is fast, reliable, and scalable
- Overseeing intelligent message routing logic that delivers the right message to the right customer at the right time
- Implementing guardrails, templates, rules, and quality checks to maintain communication quality as the organization scales
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into platform capabilities
- Managing send governance, frequency caps, and cooldown logic to prevent customer over-messaging
- Reporting on revenue outcomes and P&L impact from in-app marketing channels
- Governing LLM-based routing and decisioning models, including volume controls and quality assurance

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in product marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations at a hyper-growth, global tech company
- Deep expertise in customer lifecycle and communications: segmentation, routing/orchestration, channel management, cooldowns, send governance
- Platform and systems thinking; comfort owning the technical architecture of marketing channels in collaboration with engineers
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, templating, and self-serve publishing workflows
- Knowledge of LLM-based routing or decisioning models and governance (volume controls, guardrails, QC)
- Commercially-driven mindset with proven impact on P&L/GP through marketing channels
- Ability to translate messy operational problems into clear, hard-coded rules and scalable systems
- Proven success aligning commercial, technical, and operational priorities across cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
