Confido is an AI infrastructure platform serving the CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry, used by 200+ brands including OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana. The platform unifies finance, accounting, sales, and operations workflows. The company is growing 5x year-over-year with a small team based in New York City.
You will own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation experience for new enterprise customers. This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Implementation. You'll be responsible for taking signed contracts through to live, thriving deployments.
Key responsibilities include:
**Onboarding & Deployment:** Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live for enterprise customers. Design and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple concurrent deployments. Configure and customize the Confido platform to match each customer's workflows, data structures, and operational requirements. Drive customer-side stakeholder alignment.
**Customer Enablement:** Develop training programs, documentation, and onboarding materials. Run live onboarding sessions and workshops tailored to different user personas. Measure and optimize time-to-value across your book of implementations.
**Process & Infrastructure:** Build the implementation playbook from the ground up—templates, checklists, escalation paths, and success criteria. Establish implementation KPIs and reporting. Identify patterns across deployments and feed them back into product.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Sales on pre-sales scoping calls. Hand off customers to CS with full context. Serve as a key feedback loop into Product, translating implementation friction into actionable roadmap input.
You'll work closely with customers, product, CS, and sales teams to design scalable implementation processes from the ground up.
**Requirements:**
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, system deployments, or complex client onboarding
- Background in B2B SaaS, management consulting, CPG, systems integration, or similar environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities, stakeholders, and timelines
- Strong project management skills—comfortable owning a plan, running status calls, and escalating when needed
- Technical curiosity and comfort with data, software configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with CPG, retail, or supply chain customers is a plus but not required
- Builder mindset—energized by defining process where none exists and creating order out of ambiguity
- Must be excited to work in NYC headquarters 5 days a week
