Salary: USD 190,000 - 235,000 / annual
Ibotta, a leading performance marketing platform and NYSE-listed company headquartered in Denver, is seeking a Head of HR Enablement & Operations to lead the People Operations function and drive HR technology strategy.
In this role, you will lead the People Operations team, including Workday Administration, Benefits Operations, and Payroll Operations. You will own the HR automation strategy, managing the Workday system, HR tech stack, and integrations across enterprise systems. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships with HR technology partners to optimize competitive offerings and service delivery, partnering with Talent Acquisition on Ashby ATS and recruiting analytics, and collaborating with HR Business Partners to deliver technology-enabled solutions that improve business efficiency, increase self-service capabilities, and strengthen HR process integrity.
This is a hybrid position based in Denver, requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). You will report directly to senior leadership and be accountable for operational excellence, strategic decision-making, and cross-departmental collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in core people operations functions (HRIS administration, payroll, benefits administration)
- 4+ years of people leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Experience creating and executing an HR technology strategy (required)
- Experience creating and deploying AI agents across enterprise systems
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities concurrently
- Proven communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated operational excellence and systems improvement capability
- Strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
