ElevenLabs is seeking a Head of GTM Enablement to lead the global enablement function as the company scales its enterprise sales motion. This is a newly created role focused on defining world-class enablement at scale across all regions and segments.
You will own the complete enablement strategy, including onboarding, technical and product enablement, and outbound enablement. Key responsibilities include: designing the strategic direction and measurement framework for the enablement function; determining where to invest enablement time for maximum leverage; deciding when and how to verticalize training by segment and geography; establishing metrics that prove impact on pipeline, revenue, and behavior change; and building AI-powered automations applied to enablement workstreams.
You'll lead a global team spanning multiple enablement disciplines and operate with full AI fluency, embedding AI literacy into seller curriculum. You'll design systems, standards, and operating rhythms for enablement as ElevenLabs expands into new regions and segments. Cross-functional partnership is essential, particularly with product marketing on customer-facing assets, while you own everything that makes sellers excellent internally: training, certification, and enablement infrastructure.
Required qualifications: 8+ years of enablement leadership experience with technical products and mature enterprise sales motions; real sales experience of your own; hands-on experience building or working with AI agents and/or API tools; proven track record building enablement strategy and measurement frameworks across AE, AM, and SDR teams; experience scaling programs across distributed, global teams and time zones; builder's mindset with ability to define function strategy, systems, and standards from the ground up. Bonus: experience leading or enabling technical or field engineering motions alongside revenue motions.
