Intergrid is a Helsinki-based technology company offering an Autopilot platform for industrial energy operators. The company helps industrial facilities optimize hybrid energy systems—combining renewable and traditional sources—to lower costs, reduce emissions, and accelerate the energy transition. With 100+ industrial sites across Europe already using the platform, €20M+ in funding from top-tier investors in Finland and Silicon Valley, and a 40+ person team, Intergrid is scaling rapidly across new European geographies.
The Head of GTM will join the leadership team, reporting directly to Co-Founder & CEO Olli Kangas. This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy to design and execute a world-class, AI-native go-to-market system. You will own the entire GTM function end-to-end, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and RevOps. You will build and scale your own GTM team while targeting ambitious month-over-month growth while maintaining disciplined customer acquisition costs (CAC payback).
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the "how to win" strategy for landing new ICP customers in focus geographies (the leadership team sets "where to play")
- Building a scalable, systematic GTM engine that leverages AI and automation
- Leading sales, marketing, partnerships, and RevOps functions
- Recruiting and developing a high-performing GTM team
- Managing monthly travel to visit customers and sales teams across different regions
- Collaborating with founders and leadership on strategy and culture
The role is based in the Helsinki office with flexibility to work remotely up to 30 days per year. Intergrid is office-first and values-driven, emphasizing kindness, curiosity, and creating win-win-win outcomes for customers, the planet, and the business.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance bonus, and equity. The hiring process includes five stages: initial discussion, structured career experience interview, role-specific case assignment, founder interview, and a "work with us" afternoon with the team (compensated).
REQUIREMENTS: The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, required certifications, or formal education requirements. However, the role implicitly requires extensive GTM leadership experience at a B2B SaaS or deep-tech company, proven ability to build and scale sales and marketing functions, track record of driving revenue growth, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid scaling in a venture-backed environment.
