Anduril Industries is seeking a Head of Growth for its Imaging Business Line within the Mission Systems Division. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling the Imaging business across defense and intelligence customers. You will report to the Head of Growth for Mission Systems Division and partner closely with the Imaging Business Line general manager. Your responsibilities span strategy development, team building, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, software, finance, and external partners. Key responsibilities include: - Develop data-driven growth strategy targeting OEMs, DOD Program Executive Offices, Intelligence Community, federal agencies, FFRDCs, university research centers, and international partners - Build and mentor the Imaging growth team across business development, account management, and mission operations - Expand the Imaging portfolio across US and allied services, including advanced infrared, optical, laser, threat tracking, and seeker technologies - Identify and manage strategic partnerships critical to growth and program execution - Partner with customers to develop disruptive technologies addressing warfighter needs across all domains including space - Drive internally and externally funded R&D initiatives to advance imaging technology - Deliver on financial performance metrics and build strategic market growth initiatives - Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and provide strategic direction Required qualifications include deep expertise in imaging technologies (infrared, electro-optical, image processing, missile tracking), proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, demonstrated experience with defense ecosystem players (FFRDCs, UARCs, PEOs, OEMs, federal agencies, Combatant Commands), and knowledge of defense acquisitions with a track record in new technology introduction and scaling programs. You must be willing to relocate to Waltham, MA, able to travel up to 50%, and eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree (Engineering, MBA, Military Sciences) and understanding of business operations and financial management.
