As Head of Growth, you will lead the company's next growth phase by building systematic, measurable, and scalable growth structures. You will think holistically about growth strategy while executing pragmatically, working closely with marketing and clinical teams to translate demand into sustained family outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: developing and owning growth strategy by identifying the largest growth opportunities and translating them into clear priorities; optimizing the entire customer journey by analyzing conversion and retention; leading sales and customer success teams with clear KPIs and performance culture; translating data into decisions by creating transparency around growth drivers; testing new approaches rapidly and scaling what works; building scalable structures leveraging technology and AI; and driving cross-functional growth initiatives with marketing, clinical teams, tech, and leadership.
You bring at least 4 years of experience from leading strategy consulting plus operational experience, or from a fast-growing tech company or scale-up. You hold a bachelor's degree in business, natural sciences, or a comparable quantitative field. You excel at strategic and analytical thinking, can quickly understand complex problems, and translate strategy into measurable results. You operate with a growth mindset—working systematically through data, analysis, experimentation, and execution. You think entrepreneurially, take ownership, and make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information. You are a strong leader who provides clear direction, builds accountability, and develops talent. You thrive in fast-moving, demanding environments while maintaining focus. You are comfortable working with data and see technology, automation, and AI as central levers for growth. You are fluent in German with strong English skills.
