inDrive is seeking a Head of Global Facilities to lead and shape the company's global workplace strategy. This is a hands-on operating leader role responsible for managing the Global Facilities function across inDrive's headquarters, offices worldwide, and distributed remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global facilities strategy aligned with company growth objectives and overall business strategy
- Lead and integrate diverse teams managing both physical office operations and remote international facilities, fostering cohesion and high performance
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to business leaders, translating their needs into actionable operational strategies and solutions
- Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for all global operations and facilities initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic investment
- Mentor direct reports and other leaders across the organization, fostering a culture of operational excellence
Requirements:
- Extensive experience leading operations across multiple international markets with strong understanding of cultural and regulatory differences
- Proven track record managing large, geographically distributed remote teams
- Broad operational scope covering both physical facilities and remote team support
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, financial analysis, and management of complex operational budgets
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with comfort working independently in fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive leadership
- Experience mentoring managers and building teams from the ground up
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
