As Head of FP&A, you will own the financial planning and analysis function for a hypergrowth fintech company operating across multiple international entities and regulated payment flows. You will report to leadership and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and GTM teams to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining the annual operating plan, long-range planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reforecasting; developing scalable financial models across revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, headcount, and key business metrics; creating executive and Board reporting packages that communicate financial performance, business drivers, risks, and opportunities; driving company-wide KPI reporting; leading scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support investments, fundraising, and strategic initiatives; establishing forecasting discipline and accountability; identifying opportunities to improve margins and capital efficiency; and building scalable planning processes and systems.
You should have 8+ years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development experience with increasing leadership responsibility. Ideal candidates have led FP&A at high-growth technology, fintech, payments, or SaaS companies; strong financial modeling skills; experience building annual plans, rolling forecasts, and board materials; exceptional business partnering and communication abilities; and deep understanding of SaaS/fintech operating metrics (CAC, LTV, gross margin, cash runway). Bonus qualifications include Series B–D startup scaling experience, fundraising/investor relations support, familiarity with payments infrastructure or digital assets, experience with planning systems (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Mosaic), and MBA or CFA designation.
