Behavox is a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate their data for risk management, compliance, revenue optimization, and business growth. The company generates over $50M in revenue with a trajectory toward $100M over the next 3–5 years.
The Head of Finance reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads the entire finance function for this global business. You will be accountable for financial planning, accounting, reporting, treasury, compliance, controls, and all investor-facing outputs across a multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction environment.
Key responsibilities include:
**Finance Function Leadership**: Build and lead a scalable finance team across FP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury, controls, and compliance. Own the finance operating model, ensure output quality, establish clear role ownership, and reduce key-person dependencies.
**Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis**: Personally own the quality and logic of core financial models used for forecasting, M&A evaluation, financing strategy, scenario planning, and executive decision-making. Review and refine models with the team.
**Budgeting & Performance Reporting**: Drive the annual budget, re-forecasting cadence, and management reporting process. Translate inputs from Sales, RevOps, and People into controlled planning outputs including pipeline-to-revenue bridges, personnel budgets, commissions accruals, and capex/opex planning.
**Treasury & Capital Planning**: Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt facilities, covenant reporting, FX exposure, and financing analysis. Provide senior judgment on capital structure and financing timing.
**M&A Financial Support**: Bring strong hands-on financial modeling capability to acquisition evaluation, financing analysis, and post-transaction financial integration planning.
**AI-Native Finance Operations**: Build a scalable, AI-native finance function by maturing financial systems and processes, implementing end-to-end automation, integrating AI-enabled workflows, and improving speed, accuracy, control, and maintainability.
**Strategic Advisory**: Serve as senior financial advisor to the CEO and COO on forecasting, liquidity, capital structure, financing strategy, investment decisions, and growth planning.
You will bring enterprise FP&A expertise, capital structure and treasury knowledge, global accounting and multi-jurisdictional reporting experience, finance team leadership capability, and familiarity with AI-native finance systems and automation. This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week in the London office.
