Behavox is a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate data for risk management, compliance, revenue optimization, and business growth. The company generates over $50M in revenue with a trajectory toward $100M over the next 3–5 years.
The Head of Finance reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads the entire finance function for this global business. This is a hands-on, strategic role accountable for financial planning, accounting, reporting, treasury, compliance, controls, and investor-facing outputs across a multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction environment.
Key responsibilities include:
**Finance Function Leadership**: Build and lead a scalable finance team across FP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury, controls, and compliance. Own the finance operating model, role clarity, control discipline, and reduction of key-person dependencies.
**Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis**: Personally own the quality and logic of core financial models used for forecasting, M&A evaluation, financing strategy, scenario planning, and executive decision-making. Serve as senior financial advisor to the CEO and COO on capital structure, liquidity, and growth planning.
**Budgeting & Performance Reporting**: Drive annual budgeting, re-forecasting cadence, and management reporting. Translate Sales, RevOps, People, and Finance inputs into controlled planning outputs including pipeline-to-revenue bridges, personnel and non-personnel budgets, commissions accruals, and capex/opex.
**Treasury & Capital Planning**: Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt facilities, covenant reporting, FX exposure, and financing analysis. Provide senior judgment on capital structure and cost of capital.
**M&A & Financial Integration**: Bring strong hands-on financial modeling capability to acquisition evaluation, financing analysis, and post-transaction financial integration planning as part of Behavox's mature M&A strategy.
**AI-Native Finance Operations**: Build a scalable, AI-native finance function by maturing financial systems and processes, implementing end-to-end automation, integrating AI-enabled workflows, and improving speed, accuracy, control, and maintainability.
**Required Experience**:
- Enterprise FP&A and financial model architecture (forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, revenue planning, cash flow modeling, investment analysis)
- Capital structure and treasury knowledge (financing instruments, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt facilities, covenants, FX exposure)
- Global accounting and multi-jurisdictional reporting (accounting standards, revenue recognition, consolidation, intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, financial controls)
- Finance operating model and team leadership (structuring teams, processes, systems, workflows, access controls, operating cadences)
- AI-native finance systems and automation (finance systems, workflow automation, AI-enabled tooling, agentic processes, data flows)
This role is ideal for a seasoned finance leader with experience scaling finance functions at high-growth SaaS companies, particularly those with exposure to M&A, multi-jurisdictional operations, and emerging finance technology.
