Revolut is a fintech powerhouse serving 75+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to lead the data team in solving complex business problems through smart, practical analytical solutions.
In this director-level role, you will oversee data analysts and scientists who work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide strategic decisions, and improve customer experience. You'll be responsible for understanding Revolut's business and processes through data analysis, designing key metrics to measure business performance (including regulatory metrics related to BCBS239 and RDARR compliance), and creating aggregated data views and dashboards to track metrics and visualize insights across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of data analysts and data scientists
- Answering complex business questions through data analysis
- Designing and maintaining key performance indicators and data quality metrics
- Creating and maintaining aggregated data views and tables to simplify data querying
- Building and maintaining dashboards for metric tracking and insight visualization
- Promoting data literacy across the company through workshops and training
You'll need 5+ years of SQL experience, proven experience managing data analysts or data scientists, a background in a quantitative discipline, strong programming skills in Python or similar languages, and solid mathematical and statistics knowledge. This is a hybrid role based in Paris with flexibility to work remotely within France.
