Datadog is seeking a Head of Channels & Alliances for Korea to lead the company's partner ecosystem strategy and execution in the region. Reporting to the APAC Head of Channels & Alliances, you will build and scale a high-performing team responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing Datadog's partner community—including system integrators, managed service providers, and resellers. You will also own strategic technology and cloud partnerships with major vendors such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft. Key responsibilities include hiring and coaching a team of partner managers, identifying and recruiting new partners into the Datadog Partner Network to drive incremental revenue, and accelerating existing partners' business through enablement programs and go-to-market activities. You will collaborate closely with regional Enterprise and Commercial sales, marketing, customer success, and field enablement teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth. As an executive regional sponsor for key partnerships, you will own channels and alliances metrics and reporting to Datadog leadership. You bring 5+ years of leadership experience hiring and developing sales and partner personnel, plus 10+ years in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at cloud services or SaaS organizations. You are confident recruiting and building partnerships with multinational and global organizations, able to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them clearly, and possess excellent communication skills for engaging senior leadership internally and externally. This is a high-visibility role as part of Datadog Korea's senior leadership team, requiring tight cross-functional collaboration to build and scale the partner business in the region.
