Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, offering buy-now-pay-later solutions without hidden fees. The Revenue team drives top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. As GTM Strategy & Operations Lead, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for a specific product line or segment end to end. You'll translate half-formed product and pricing inputs into operationally sound, commercially viable go-to-market motions that the field (CSMs, AEs, TAMs) can actually execute. Key responsibilities include: - Own rollout design, enablement, and adoption targets for assigned product lines or segments - Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Pricing to design and coordinate implementation - Turn cross-functional inputs into coherent GTM strategy and track adoption against goals - Navigate different stakeholder perspectives: executive rationale, customer value proposition, and rep enablement - Build and maintain field-ready materials, processes, and playbooks - Sit close to the field, gather feedback, and translate insights into Product Marketing recommendations - Analyze performance data to identify stalling launches and flag risks early - Work in ambiguity, move fast, and drive execution without waiting for direction You'll need 6+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, revenue operations, or sales operations, ideally in FinTech or high-growth SaaS. You should have a track record of owning GTM motions end to end, from rollout through adoption. Experience with merchant, payments, or fintech ecosystems is required. Strong analytical instincts, cross-functional collaboration skills, and clear communication are essential.
