Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, offering buy-now-pay-later solutions without hidden fees or compounding interest. The Revenue team drives top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. As GTM Strategy & Operations Lead, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market for a specific product line or segment. You'll translate half-formed product and pricing inputs into executable plans that field teams (CSMs, AEs, TAMs) can actually deploy. Your responsibilities include designing rollout groups, coordinating cross-functional implementation, and equipping the field with processes and enablement materials. Key responsibilities: - Own go-to-market strategy end-to-end: rollout design, enablement, and adoption targets - Transform cross-functional inputs (Product, Pricing, PMM, Legal, Rev Ops) into coherent GTM strategy - Navigate multiple stakeholder perspectives: executive rationale, customer value proposition, and field execution - Build and maintain materials, processes, and playbooks for field teams - Maintain close relationships with the field and translate feedback into Product Marketing recommendations - Analyze performance data to identify stalls and flag risks early You'll need 6+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, revenue operations, or sales operations, ideally in FinTech or high-growth SaaS. You should have a track record of owning complete go-to-market motions from rollout through adoption, experience working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, and Pricing teams, and familiarity with merchant, payments, or fintech ecosystems. Strong analytical instincts, clear communication, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to move fast without extensive direction are essential.
