Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including top-tier law firms and financial institutions. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates globally across Europe, North America, and APAC. You will own commercial growth and revenue across Legora's Private Markets segment, a strategically important vertical. This is a quota-carrying role with end-to-end responsibility for pipeline development and revenue generation. Key responsibilities: - Own pipeline and revenue across a portfolio of Private Markets firms, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close - Build trusted relationships with senior investment professionals at leading PE firms and broader Private Markets ecosystem players - Lead consultative sales conversations connecting Legora's AI capabilities to high-impact workflows: due diligence, investment committee preparation, portfolio value creation, and fund operations - Develop and execute account strategies for world-leading investment firms, identifying expansion opportunities while deepening strategic relationships - Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to translate customer insights into product roadmap, messaging, and GTM strategy - Represent the Private Markets sector voice internally, shaping Legora's positioning and expansion strategy - Own forecasting, pipeline health, and commercial performance metrics; use data to improve conversion, accelerate deal cycles, and deliver against revenue targets - Help define and scale Legora's Private Markets go-to-market playbook, sharing market insight and best practices as the company grows globally You bring commercial ambition and deep understanding of the Private Markets industry. Background in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Management Consulting, or selling into the sector is essential. You have a proven track record building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing complex buying decisions, and owning pipeline in enterprise sales environments. You understand investment processes and the operational challenges facing investment teams. You're consultative in your selling approach, translating complex technology into clear commercial value. You demonstrate high ownership, urgency, and proactive problem-solving. You communicate effectively with executive-level audiences and bring curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset to help build a category-defining AI company.
