Salary: USD 145,600 - 182,000 / annual
Zscaler is seeking a GTM Learning Platforms Manager to join the Revenue Enablement department, reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the learning platform landscape to ensure that learning technologies align with business objectives and provide a seamless, scalable experience for training, onboarding, and continuous enablement of Sales, Customer Success, and other revenue-generating teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning systems strategy and governance framework aligned with GTM enablement priorities
- Serve as administrator and subject matter expert for learning and enablement platforms, managing system configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Partner with GTM Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to curate, manage, and optimize learning pathways and training programs
- Define and track KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness, using analytics to drive continuous improvements
- Manage relationships with LMS, CMS, and Sales Enablement vendors, acting as key liaison between Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms, preferably within a SaaS or GTM function
- Strong understanding of learning technology, adult learning principles, and enablement strategies
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, CMS tools, and modern sales enablement technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience managing system integrations combined with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong AI fluency leveraging coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools for troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and problem-solving
- Hands-on experience implementing, managing, or optimizing Letter AI
