Sarvam AI is building India's full-stack sovereign AI platform, backed by Lightspeed, Peak XV, and Khosla Ventures. The company partners with leading Indian enterprises including Tata Capital, SBI Life, CRED, IDFC, and LIC.
You will own go-to-market strategy and execution for the Vision team's product suite: the Akshar Platform, Document Intelligence APIs, and Vision APIs, with primary focus on enterprise customers. The role combines two critical dimensions: (1) hands-on market execution—running daily demos, managing inbound leads and RFPs, closing enterprise deals through long sales cycles, and building outbound channels; and (2) strategic ownership—defining packaging and positioning, setting pricing, identifying target personas and use cases, and synthesizing customer signal into product direction.
Key responsibilities include: running credible technical and business demos daily for both technical and business buyers; managing high-volume inbound enterprise interest end-to-end; staying hands-on through early customer engagement until go-live; defining and defending target personas and use cases; owning messaging and positioning across the Vision product line; developing and iterating pricing and packaging for enterprise and API offerings; understanding causal drivers behind channel and segment performance; synthesizing market and customer feedback into clear product direction recommendations; and acting as connective tissue between enterprise customers and product/engineering teams.
You should bring 5–7+ years in GTM at zero-to-one companies where you built motions from scratch, not just executed handed-down plays. Demonstrated ownership of packaging, positioning, messaging, and pricing for technical B2B SaaS or AI/ML products is essential. You must be able to explain the causal why behind results and hold your own in strategy conversations about product direction. Daily comfort demoing technical products and genuine fluency with APIs, dashboards, and developer-facing tooling required (no coding needed). Experience carrying enterprise deals through complex, long cycles including RFPs and multi-stakeholder buying is critical. Strong written and verbal communication with organizational discipline to manage many concurrent enterprise threads.
Bonus experience: document intelligence, vision, OCR/VLM products; selling into Indian BFSI, fintech, or public sector; track record turning customer feedback into shipped product and pricing decisions; working closely with engineering and product teams on strategy.
