Heidi Health is building an AI Care Partner for clinicians to reduce administrative burden and strengthen human connection in healthcare. The company has grown ARR from $1M to $50M in two years, now supporting 2.8 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries in 110 languages and 200+ specialties. Recently secured $340M in funding (Series C led by Blackbird plus $240M growth investment from General Catalyst).
You will be Heidi's first line in France, responsible for converting inbound demand and building outbound pipeline in the French healthcare market. The role combines sales development and closing responsibilities: you'll triage inbound leads from cabinets, maisons de santé, and hospital groups already using the product, qualify them, and close SMB deals end-to-end. Where inbound signals are thin, you'll build outbound by researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, and reaching out via calls, email, and social.
Key responsibilities include: working the inbound queue and warm product signals; building outbound strategy for practice groups and hospital systems; researching accounts and mapping stakeholders; booking demos and meetings for Account Executives with full context; owning SMB deals from first conversation through close; maintaining accurate pipeline in HubSpot; partnering cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success; and tracking shifts in French healthcare regulation, competitive landscape, and buyer behavior.
You'll be the first Heidi person many French clinicians speak with. The role requires deep understanding of how French healthcare buying works (decision-makers in cabinets, maisons de santé, hospital groups, and payers like Assurance Maladie and mutuelles), though willingness to learn quickly is valued over prior knowledge.
Heidi emphasizes building for the next decade, leading proactively, following evidence, owning outcomes end-to-end, shipping and iterating rapidly, and living in clinicians' actual workflows. The company values sustainable performance, mental health, and outcomes over process.
