Ironclad is hiring a GTM Finance Senior Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic insights for the Sales organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Finance within the CFO organization, you will serve as a key strategic business partner to Sales leadership and drive Ironclad's continued revenue growth. You will own the financial model, annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and ARR/bookings reporting across all Sales functions, segmenting by GTM motion (mid-market vs. enterprise). You'll partner directly with the CRO, VP of Business Development, VP of Revenue Operations, and other GTM leaders to evaluate investment opportunities, sales capacity, pipeline coverage, and AE unit economics. Key responsibilities include building models that support complex sales motions, deal structuring, and pricing frameworks while driving efficiency across both mid-market and enterprise segments. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with People, Ops, and Analytics teams on headcount planning, organizational scaling, territory design, and quota allocation. Additionally, you'll partner with the BI team to deliver executive-facing dashboards, refine data governance, and automate planning workflows across financial systems as the company scales. You bring 6+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or investment banking, with direct experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations in high-growth SaaS environments. You have deep understanding of SaaS business metrics (ARR, Net Retention Rate, LTV/CAC, sales capacity, pipeline hygiene, and incentive comp structures) and a proven track record of influencing senior leadership and translating complex financial data into actionable strategic guidance for non-finance stakeholders. You possess advanced financial modeling skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful), CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with leveraging AI tools, automated data workflows, or advanced analytics to increase FP&A efficiency is strongly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
