Wispr is an AI research and product company building voice interfaces for computing. This is the founding GTM Engineer role within the Revenue Operations team, responsible for building the systems that power go-to-market operations: company and people data infrastructure, signals that identify high-value prospects, and both outbound and inbound motions.
You will work across sales, marketing, and revenue operations to own the prospect experience across self-serve and sales-led channels. Flow grew product-led with many target companies already using it; your role is to identify those accounts, route them to the right rep at the right time, and build the systems that make this happen at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build company and people data infrastructure: account and contact enrichment, entity resolution, account hierarchy mapping, ICP fit scoring, and reliable syncs between Salesforce and ClickHouse data warehouse with shared definitions across teams.
• Own signals and prioritization: aggregate product usage from Flow, intent signals, hiring and job changes into prioritized account lists and timely alerts for sales reps. Build product-qualified lead identification for teams already using Flow.
• Run programmatic outbound: design and implement signal-based plays, account research and personalization, sequencing, and attribution to measure which plays scale. You'll shape plays with sales and marketing, then build the systems that execute them.
• Own inbound end-to-end: enrichment at capture, lead qualification, scheduling, and routing to get leads to reps in minutes. Optimize speed-to-lead and conversion, including follow-up on self-serve sign-ups showing sales intent.
• Build and operate AI agents: create agents for account research, meeting prep and follow-up, data hygiene, and deal processing. Run them as production software with evals, testing, monitoring, fallbacks, and human review where stakes are high. Decide where LLMs add value versus simple rules.
• Enable teams: help ops, sales, and marketing build with AI themselves through tools, documentation, and patterns you establish.
You'll work with Salesforce, enrichment and signal providers, routing tools (Chili Piper, LeanData, Default), and sales engagement platforms. You understand both product-led and sales-led buying motions and build systems that reps actually use.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, growth, or software engineering, including 2+ years specifically in a GTM engineering role.
• Proven track record building outbound or inbound systems that generated measurable pipeline; able to walk through the numbers.
• Daily experience building with AI: use of coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and shipped LLM workflows with evals and monitoring.
• Production coding in Python or TypeScript, SQL, and APIs; comfortable working in data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, enrichment and signal providers, routing and scheduling tools, and sales engagement platforms.
• Understanding of product-led and sales-led customer buying motions.
• User-focused mindset: talk to users, ship, measure, iterate, and judge work by actual adoption.
