Nash is an autonomic logistics platform that helps enterprises plan, execute, and manage deliveries across their own fleets, third-party partners, and the Nash delivery network. You'll be a foundational technical hire in the Solutions Engineering function, responsible for understanding complex enterprise logistics systems and building working solutions that demonstrate Nash's value to large customers.
You'll lead technical discovery with enterprise prospects, working across their customer engineering, IT, and operations teams to map current systems, workflows, data, business rules, and failure points. You'll design solution architectures that show exactly how Nash integrates into their environment—covering system connections, APIs, authentication, webhooks, data ownership, and error handling.
Key responsibilities include building technical demos and POCs in realistic sandboxes, configuring customer data, writing lightweight scripts, and connecting APIs to agreed success criteria. You'll own technical validation throughout the sales cycle, addressing architecture, integration, security, data, reliability, and scalability questions. You'll also apply AI to real workflows by building and testing prompts, agents, and tool calls using realistic scenarios, measuring quality, and identifying failure modes.
As new AI models, agent features, and APIs ship, you'll test them hands-on, build prototypes, document limitations, and identify promising customer use cases. You'll build reusable tooling—scripts, test harnesses, sample integrations, demo environments, and dashboards—that accelerate future deals. You'll close the loop with Product and Engineering by writing clear requirements, reproducing bugs, and providing sample payloads and logs. You'll also raise the technical bar across GTM by training account executives on technical fundamentals, mentoring future solutions engineers, and building playbooks and onboarding materials.
You'll work with customers operating fleets across regions, fulfillment channels, and dozens of existing systems, understanding how orders, inventory, dispatch decisions, delivery updates, and exceptions move through their environment.
