Heidi Health is an AI Care Partner platform that works alongside clinicians to improve healthcare delivery. In 18 months, Heidi has supported 73 million patient visits across 116 countries and powers over 2 million patient visits weekly. The company is venture-backed and rapidly expanding across the US, UK, Canada, and Europe.
As GTM Engineer, you'll report to the VP of Marketing and own the systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows that accelerate Heidi's go-to-market motion. This is a hands-on builder role sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll treat go-to-market as an engineering problem: identifying manual or inefficient processes and building scalable systems to solve them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building the lead-generation engine with automated research, segmentation, personalization, prospecting, enrichment workflows, and signal-based campaigns
- Engineering lists and sequences across email, call, and LinkedIn channels
- Managing a team of AI agents that connect the CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, sales engagement, and analytics systems
- Building HubSpot data models, lifecycle workflows, routing, and funnel reporting in partnership with RevOps
- Mapping clinicians, practices, provider groups, and parent organizations to identify buying groups and validate account relationships
- Connecting the GTM stack using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and lightweight code
- Running experiments, measuring results, and scaling systems that work
You'll have the freedom to experiment with emerging tools and develop new ways for Heidi to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers. This role requires someone who doesn't just recommend better processes but builds them, runs them, and owns the outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Marketing or Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or a similarly technical GTM role
- Proven track record of carrying a number or supporting a rep who did
- Expert-level proficiency in Clay and HubSpot; strong familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
- Experience using LLMs and AI APIs to build practical GTM workflows
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, lead management, account-based marketing, and sales processes
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment where experimentation is expected
BONUS:
- Experience building something unconventional that made a sales or marketing team dramatically more productive
- Experience building AI agents or agentic GTM workflows used by sales teams
- Experience with product-led growth or combining product usage signals with sales and marketing data
