Salary: USD 100,000 - 190,000 / annual
EliseAI is a Series E-funded AI company (raised $250M led by Andreessen Horowitz) focused on improving housing and healthcare through agentic AI. The company integrates AI agents into existing workflows to reduce manual work, lower costs, and enhance user experience. In housing, EliseAI streamlines apartment tours, lease signing, and maintenance requests. In healthcare, it simplifies appointment scheduling, intake forms, and patient-provider communication.
As a founding GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for overhauling the systems powering the revenue engine in an AI-first era. This is a 0-to-1 role where you'll design and build new systems from first principles, then ensure successful rollout across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, AEs, SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Recruiting, and the CEO to understand GTM processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to automate or augment GTM workflows, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- Leverage out-of-the-box tools (Clay, Attention, Zapier) and build custom solutions using APIs, Python, JavaScript, and Google Apps Scripts.
- Own projects end-to-end: experimentation, prototyping, implementation, rollout, and training.
- Track performance, adoption, and ROI of new systems; iterate based on results.
- Act as an internal subject-matter expert on AI GTM tooling.
- Help attract top-tier talent to the team.
You'll need 2+ years in a technical or operations role with experience automating workflows using code and low-code/no-code tools. Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, and data integration across systems is essential. You should have a proven track record taking projects from 0→1, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a curious, scrappy builder mindset. Experience with GTM processes (sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, recruiting) and strong interest in AI systems are important. Bonus skills include Python, JavaScript, SQL proficiency and admin-level experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Attention, or Outreach.
The role requires in-person presence 4-5 days per week at the NYC office.
