You will join the Revenue Operations team as a GTM Compensation, Planning & Performance Analyst, reporting to the RevOps Lead for Compensation, Planning & Performance. This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, financial analysis, and people operations, supporting three critical areas: compensation design and administration, target and quota setting, and GTM performance measurement.
In compensation and incentives, you will support the full lifecycle from plan design and scenario modeling through rollout, administration, and payout. You'll prepare commission calculations, reconcile data across Salesforce, Snowflake, billing, and financial systems, and analyze attainment, payout trends, and incentive effectiveness to inform plan improvements.
For target setting and GTM planning, you will translate company goals into team-, territory-, and individual-level quotas by analyzing historical performance, capacity, ramp assumptions, and territory potential. You'll maintain accurate quota records and build scenarios to evaluate how changes in headcount, productivity, or GTM priorities affect targets.
On the performance analytics side, you will build and maintain reporting on attainment, productivity, pipeline, conversion, retention, and compensation efficiency. You'll analyze performance across roles, teams, territories, cohorts, and regions to identify trends and opportunities, and prepare decision-ready insights for business reviews and GTM leadership.
You bring 1–3 years of analytical experience from Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, or high-growth SaaS. You have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, comfort with large datasets, and interest in learning SQL and Snowflake. You approach detailed work with precision, communicate clearly, and thrive in fast-moving environments where accuracy remains essential. Experience with Salesforce, SQL, SaaS metrics, commissions calculations, or workflow automation is helpful but not required.
