Listen Labs is hiring a GTM Associate to join as a founding member of the EMEA Go-To-Market team. Listen Labs is an AI research platform that conducts in-depth customer interviews, analyzes conversations, and delivers executive-ready insights in hours rather than weeks. The company is trusted by leading brands including Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Perplexity, Sweetgreen, Replit, and Nestlé. The role offers a front-row seat to building a GTM region from scratch. You will provide leverage to the founding GTM team as they work deals with top target accounts. Key responsibilities include preparing account plans, deal strategies, and executive-level narratives; building and maintaining sales assets such as custom demos, slides, and case studies; supporting competitive intelligence and vertical playbooks; ensuring engineering demos are polished and sales-ready; creating materials for deal reviews and executive meetings; and helping establish EMEA GTM processes and playbooks as a founding team member. Listen Labs has demonstrated strong traction: since launch, the company has grown annualized revenue 15x, completed over 2 million interviews, and is backed by $100M in total funding led by Ribbit Capital, with Sequoia, Conviction, and Pear VC participating. The company already serves 15% of Fortune 100s with enterprise wins and expansions across major clients. The founding team includes serial entrepreneurs Alfred (Bemlo, YC W22) and Florian (IOI medalist, ICPC World Finalist), with talent from Google, Meta, Tesla, Amazon, Jane Street, and X, alongside professionals from Bain, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, and Sequoia-backed startups. Over 30% of the team are former founders. Compensation includes competitive base salary with meaningful equity ownership, annual learning stipend for books, courses, conferences, coaching, and language lessons, annual wellness stipend for gym memberships, race fees, massages, and ergonomic gear, monthly stipend for AI tools and GPU credits, and daily meal credit in London office. The role requires in-office presence 5 days per week in London. REQUIREMENTS: Hungry, ambitious early-career professional with demonstrated high growth trajectory. Strong written and verbal communication skills with sharp presentation and narrative abilities. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and willingness to get hands dirty. Based in London with availability for full-time in-office work.
