Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences. As a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies driving Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. Working within the Marketing & Growth team—one of the largest and most dynamic at the company—you'll design end-to-end solutions and manage new business streams while collaborating across departments. Key responsibilities include: - Lead global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry - Contribute to key market growth and development initiatives - Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line, showcasing independent impact - Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills - Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact - Create, develop, and manage new projects including business streams, workflows, strategies, and departmental growth initiatives - Work across different markets with focus on developing new experiences internationally - Enhance overall company performance across business departments You bring 3-5 years of business analytics experience, ideally from strategy consulting, investment banking, or top tech firms. Your background includes a bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or expertise in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. You're data-driven, proactive, and excel at managing multiple stakeholders across teams and disciplines. Coding experience (SQL, R, Python) is preferred. Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
