As a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies driving Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. Working within the Marketing & Growth team—one of the largest and most dynamic at Fever—you will design end-to-end solutions, manage new business streams, and collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance. Key responsibilities include: - Lead global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry - Develop and manage new business streams, workflows, and strategies - Define performance-enhancement strategies using analytical, business, and strategic skills - Work independently managing your own pipeline of projects within a business line - Collaborate across different markets and departments, with focus on developing new experiences across 40+ countries - Generate high business impact through data-driven decision-making You bring 3-5 years of business analytics experience, ideally from strategy consulting, investment banking, or top tech firms. Your background includes a bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or expertise in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. You are a data-driven problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders, and proficiency in coding languages (SQL, R, Python preferred). Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
