As Growth Strategy Manager, you will be a key architect of Fever's expansion across the region, owning the growth roadmap and defining how the business model and partner portfolio are built. This is a strategic role at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development, focused on driving success in the Brazilian market. Key responsibilities include: - Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in Brazil, driving projects with direct impact on product prioritization and revenue optimization - Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever's proprietary data and technology to help them scale and succeed - Move beyond analysis to implementation: lead projects that convert complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) - Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to ensure lean, efficient operations that support rapid growth - Manage global stakeholder relationships with regional leaders to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs aligned with Fever's global capabilities You bring 4-5 years of experience in analytical business roles, ideally from strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. You excel at leveraging data to make strategic decisions, crafting compelling narratives for senior stakeholders, and communicating complex ideas clearly. You're hands-on, collaborative, and driven to shape the future of entertainment.
