Flint is an AI-powered platform that autonomously generates on-brand landing pages and marketing assets in minutes, eliminating manual production work for marketing teams. Backed by Accel, Sheryl Sandberg's SBVP, and Neo, the company is led by founders with deep experience at Warp, Nuro, and other high-growth startups.
As Flint's first Growth Strategist, you will own customer success and expansion for the company's growing customer base. You'll report directly to the CEO and serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to customers' marketing teams, helping them maximize value from Flint and expand usage across their organizations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building systems to assess customer health by analyzing behavior, feature adoption, and marketing performance; developing intervention plans for at-risk accounts
- Collaborating weekly with engineering to share customer feedback on onboarding friction and product challenges
- Guiding customers through onboarding to their first "aha" moment, ensuring fast time-to-value while positioning Flint as a strategic long-term lever
- Acting as a growth partner to customers by co-creating marketing plays, uncovering new use cases, and helping them stay competitive
- Identifying expansion opportunities across sales, RevOps, marketing, and customer success teams within customer organizations
- Driving strong renewal outcomes by demonstrating outsized value and making Flint indispensable
- Synthesizing customer feedback patterns and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design to influence the roadmap
- Designing scalable frameworks, playbooks, and programs for future enterprise customers
You'll manage both self-serve and mid-market accounts, owning the full customer lifecycle from sign-up through expansion. Success is measured by customer activation, retention, expansion, and referrals. The ideal outcome is customers consulting you before making major marketing decisions.
Flint's team works in-person from a historic Jackson Square office in San Francisco. The company culture emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and employee care, with team members who are avid readers, photographers, musicians, and more.
