Cabify is a mobility platform working to transform urban transportation through sustainable alternatives, reducing private vehicles on streets and improving route efficiency. The company seeks a Growth Specialist to drive user retention and audience expansion across its platform.
In this role, you will design and implement innovative retention strategies to enhance user experience and loyalty. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that drive audience growth and strengthen brand positioning. Your responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing conversion funnels to identify opportunities for increasing trips and improving performance at each stage of the user journey.
You will leverage advanced analytics and data tools to uncover insights, develop new features, and enhance the app experience. You'll also lead the formulation and execution of audience growth strategy, adapting with agility to a dynamic, competitive, and constantly evolving market environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in tech companies or dynamic work environments
- Advanced English (oral and written)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
- Proactive attitude with desire to learn and grow
- Strategic mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Passion for solving complex problems and extracting key insights; innate curiosity for exploring new solutions
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills; SQL knowledge desirable
- Action-oriented profile with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
