You will join the Growth Marketing team as the Growth Marketing Operations Manager, reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing. This role is responsible for building foundational systems and operations that support the company's scaling client book of business, creating a center of excellence for program management, data attribution, ROI maximization, and marketing tech stack innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead campaign operations and tracking by building automated workflows and ensuring flawless execution across email, SMS, direct mail, print, and swag channels. This includes setting up best practices in Iterable, building automated QA processes, establishing scalable vendor relationships for direct mail/print/swag, managing the member marketing asset library (Figma, Google Slides, Docs, Contentful/Webflow), and tracking client consent and requirements through backend systems into multi-channel campaigns.
• Own Growth Marketing UTM tracking and data attribution to analyze channel and campaign performance, identify trends, and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Support managing marketing program budgets, ensuring investments exceed ROI targets, and deliver performance insights to improve spend efficiency.
• Own and evolve the Marketing Tech stack by partnering with Engineering, Data, and RevOps to drive marketing technology strategy, roadmap, and AI innovation.
• Design and document new processes, mapping detailed logic and handoffs to cross-functional partners including Client Success, Product, Data, and Engineering.
• Automate workflows and build AI tools for engagement marketing to increase efficiency in serving clients and working with stakeholders.
You will work in the New York City office (Financial District) 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or related roles (e.g., Revenue Operations)
• Deep familiarity with email and SMS campaign builds and automation platforms, preferably Iterable
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template customization
• Design experience for marketing collateral (e.g., Google Slides, Figma)
• Results-oriented strategic thinker and analytical problem solver who can break down ambiguous, complex problems, proactively identify opportunities, and translate vision into action while managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Self-starter with ability to roll up sleeves, juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
